‎$180,000 for Seattle's Best Coffee Franchise - 
Explore leased $180,000 of equipment for a start up coffee franchise in Brooklyn, NY. By leveraging his experience in owning a diner combined with his accounting background, our lessee was able to put together a master franchise relationship to lock up 3 stores in his neighborhood. This lessee capitalized the start up with $300,000 of his own funds and leased $180,000 of equipment from Maxim.

We structured this deal with a second lien position on a residential property in Long Branch, NJ. Despite the start up nature of this deal, we were able to stretch the term to 60 months of payments with the ability to finance future launches for him.

‎$600,000 For A Powder Coating Facility - 
Explore financed $600,000 for a large powder coating facility in Arizona who was in need of capital to build out its sales force, purchase raw materials and launch a machine shop. The company had suffered a severe financial setback in mid-2011, when its largest client chose to do their own powder coating, significantly reducing our lessee’s revenues and ability to cash flow. To help mitigate this gap in powder coating revenue, the lessee is launching its own machine shop as well as expanding its sales force to support a larger geographic area.
The $600,000 was structured by securing a first position on a commercial property with a 60 month term.
